In order to implement the national "Belt and Road" strategy and the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's construction of the "Innovative BRICS" project, Xiamen City has once again established the BRICS track based on the successful experience of the 2025 BRICS track, relying on the 4th "Su Song Cup" Future Industry Technology Innovation Competition. The competition is open to BRICS member countries, partner countries, and other emerging market and developing countries, focusing on the key development directions of Xiamen's "4+4+6" modern industrial system. The competition focuses on collecting and selecting projects in three key areas of future industries: new energy and green low-carbon technology, electronic information and future networks, and biotechnology. It also covers marine green low-carbon, marine digital technology and intelligent applications, marine life sciences and biotechnology, and other marine science and technology innovation directions. Through high-level project selection, exchange and discussion, and international cooperation docking, breakthrough technology projects and top teams are selected to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, empower the landing and development of the China BRICS Science and Technology Innovation Incubation Park in Xiamen, and build a global innovation ecosystem.
